Didn't bolt.
Planted these early spring in Southern Arizona, which means 70 - 80 degree weather, and while the other beet seeds I planted when directly to bolting, these did not and actually produced some nice, even sized bulbs if that is what you call a beet root.

I received 2 packages but the beet seeds were not in them. I looked throughly
