Q: I was wondering if users felt that it wasn't worth paying the extra $20 for the wireless version versus the wired one?

I used this speaker all school year. One night I forgot to charge it and borrowed a wired version from our tech department. I was so frustrated by the end of the day needing to be tethered to the speaker. There can be a problem with feedback when the mic and the speaker are too close. Loved the freedom of the wireless Bluetooth.

Q: Can the amplifier box hang in the back of the classroom while the speaker/headset are in the front of the room? How far will the pairing work?

I am a teacher and have been using this for the past 2 years. I hang the speaker up on my whiteboard, in front of the room, and wander all around the room. I have student who is hard of hearing and I placed her directly in front of where the speaker is and she can hear me just fine. It's saved my voice and the students can hear me clearly.

Q: On the headset - does the box part cover the ear? I wear hearing aids, so that would be a problem?

No problem, I think yes, it won't hinder you. And this headset is head-mounted and hand-held. the wireless ear hook is removable.Thanks.

Q: does the wireless headset stay on while teaching yoga bending down?

Not too well. For teaching yoga outdoors, I’ve started wearing a hat under it. But during wide legged forward folds I do find I have to hold onto it with a hand. Still trying to think of a solution. Maybe an additional soft sweatband on top will help.

A MUST for all Teachers
