It is made in China. Just one of the 115 countries that still allow slavery!

Q: What is the gauge of the blade?

I pulled out my welding gauge feeler. It seems to be in-between 22 and 24 gauge.

Q: Does this pizza slicer bend while cutting? I have used one that is bendable, and I want one that is extremely stiff while cutting

This one is very solid and stiff . In fact I have to toss the pizza on a cutting board when I square cut it as the rocker does not flex enough to cut it on the pan.

Q: Is the rocker blade nsf?

There is no NSF stamp on it but I’d assume it would be. It’s made from food grade 18/0 stainless steel. I’d think that would be about as good as needed for sanitation.
