So first of all these are TINY hooks! However I made these work for my situation but these are not going to fit on a regular curtain rod or a shower curtain rod or any rod for that fact. These might fit a 1/4 in rod again tiny like fit on your pinky finger, that small. But the teeth on the grip part is very strong. I made these work for my situation so im giving a 4 stars however not a 5 since the SIZE is not listed on the ad and that should be listed.

We used these to display soft items on a display rack. They did the job well. Strong enough springs add easy to use. Recommended

Many reviewers found these clips to be light duty but they worked perfectly for me. I used them to hang canvas drop cloths in my garage to create a surround for a temporary spray booth. Six clips are holding up a 15’x12’ canvas wall which is not exactly light. Worked great and are not showing any signs of failure even with pulling on the canvas to move it. They require a bit of force to open the first time as others have said but this posed no issue.

I bought these little hooks to help worth storage for my newborn props. These are tiny good quality hooks. They are perfect for me to hang up small headbands or wrapping blankets. They are smaller than I expected. For comparison the clip itself is the size of an average womans finger nail. The connection is thin & not weight bearing. They work for a sheet or curtain liner, but not a thick canvases

These are strong little clips. We used them to hang many cloth tapestries at a weekend event. They held up and did not tear up the materials. They are small and were hardly visible at all. I would recommend. These are a little stiff when you first open each clip, due to the paint they are coated with during manufacturing.
