absolutely perfect fit....
Wanted to replace the cheap cover that come with the house, so this one was the exact correct cover to fit my A/C unit outside. I waited for the weather to be warm and dry to clean out inside the A/C then added the cover once the weather began to get cold so the A/C would not be needed. The fit and function could not have been better, the size is exactly correct for the 24" x 24" A/C unit. This quality cover should last for many years.

Air conditioner cover
This cover is exactly what we need to protect our Air conditioner from the cold outside elements. It fits well and has draw strings at the base to help make it snug. Wind and water resistent . Looks nice also. Great find at a good price.

A great little investment
Works well over our small upstairs A/C. Really cuts down on the wind and chill coming through--even in the Northeastern winter!!

Nice case overall, could be better.
The case is made of nice material, and pretty nice in appearance and design. I would buy again, but just think it could be made better. The sewing around the velcro is not sewn well enough to not get easily ripped out when parting the velcro which is strongly attached, so when you pull it apart with some strength, it is easy to open it too far and rip the stitches at the end. I never liked velcro much since it is usually hard to tear apart and makes an unpleasant sound to open it. It was a good invention, it just either doesn't work much or it works too much. So had to have the part that ripped resewn, but not that big a deal.I think the dimensions are strange for these covers. I don't think that as the sides get longer, the heighth does the same for most residential a/c units. It would be better to offer these in 30 x 30 x 29, 34 x 34 x 32, and 36 x 36 x 33, and 38 x 38 x 34 inches. These dimensions would be better for Trane A/Cs and other similar brands. In other words, these covers are made too high from top to bottom. I had both that I purchased made shorter from 30 x 30 x 36 to 30 x 30 x 28.5 for 2 Trane 3 ton XR14 compressors. I also have a larger one, but is only 27" high, wider and narrower, but the 36 x 36 x 40 would mean taking off 13 inches! I had a seamstress fold the material over at the seam where the two colors are sewn together to shorten them by 7 inches. You can't even tell they were shortened. Now it fits pretty well despite the short side having some slack since it was about 30 x 27. The slack just makes it look a bit sloppy, but there is not any covers being sold for reasonable prices that have dimensions close to those of major a/c compressors.
