Not the usual Whittard 7 tea
When I saw the box, in a different format (NOT the one in the picture here), I knew there was something wrong. And I was right, unfortunately. The flavor of this new format has nothing to do with the original. It tastes like a common green tea, do not waste your money.

5 star tea, 3 star packaging.
This tea is a favorite in my house. I ordered this as a gift for a loved one and it came in a puffy, floppy envelope and was semi crushed. I reshaped it the best I could with my hands before I thought to take a picture, so here is the 'fixed' result. I'll be a little embarrassed to gift someone a damaged box but there's not enough time to return and reorder from another seller. I saw another review with an even more damaged box so I'm happy mine is just alright.
