This book is an amazing resource. It is written in such an easy to understand way. I love the subtle reminders of what various parts of the anatomy are throughout the book. It saves me from having to go back to the original definition. You can tell Dr. Aaron Horschig was trying very hard to write this for the average person. I cannot recommend this enough.

Me and my wife, we both are a big fan of Dr Aron. It was a time when I had to face sciatica and did not get relief even after PT and medication and doctors, this book came as a blessing in disguise. Ordered it immediately after watching a video of dr Aron explaining exercises on sciatica. We learnt about anatomy and and how muscles work in the body. Dedicatedly did few exercises daily and boy, must say that they helped me tons in sciatica pain.Now that I am pain free, I keep revising the concepts from this book and work on weaker muscles. This book is bible on anatomy.

I've read other reviews from some athletes and medical professionals, so for someone like myself who does fitness for enjoyment rather than competition, I felt confident that this book would provide necessary and helpful information on common injuries, rehab, and prevention. Within a few days, I'm already about halfway through it, and I'll definitely be referring back to it as Dr. Horshig's clips on Instagram have already helped me immensely.I did get the book at a slight discount and it was obviously because it was a returned copy that someone else had used (the cover and plastic sleeve are slightly worn), but that didn't matter to me as the inside and pages are completely fine.

This book is AWESOME! I love the pictures and the explanations given. Great aid to any lifter/athlete to aid in mobility and aid in coming back to the sport after an injury. After my shoulder injury (rotator cuff), using the book in conjunction with my physical therapy exercises, I have been able to get back to where I was before.

I bought this book because I wanted to give back to the person who authored it. His channel has helped me out quite a bit. Just a heads up this book is not a 'light read.' The information is comprehensive and 'deep-dive.' I didn't realize he was a PHD, because after reading it you can tell it was written from a PHD level. I really appreciated the sections of the book being divided into body parts. I.E. if you wanted to read about legs go to this section. If you wanted to read about the hands go to that section.I would highly recomend this person's material.
