Good
I love this plyo box. Good price. I use it for step ups and jump ups, but only on the 14" side because the 16" side has too small of a surface area to jump on but good to step up on. It is on the smaller side but just pay attention to the dimensions.

Worth the price!
Quality feels great, I am 200 pounds and feel totally sturdy. My workout partner is 350 pounds and had no issues (no creaking or sounds when using!). The box is a tad small in terms of surface space but the quality for the price is great and it takes up less space if that's an issue for you.

Durable and sturdy.
Great jump box for the money. I am a martial arts instructor and this is great for my 4-6y classes. Works good for some of the older kids too, but I need to buy a bigger one for the teens and adults.Very easy to use and seems to be durable.

Smaller than it seems in pictures.
I have size 10 feet and can barely fit on this thing. Texture is great, especially if barefoot. I like it, although for intense sessions definitely go bigger to a 16x18x24 or around there

CrossFit jump box
Just received it today. It’s very and strong using it for a jump box for my son or a step up for myself. I am very satisfied it is definitely working as advertised.

I bought 2 one for home and one for travel!
I love this box. Great nonalip surface, sturdy, doesn’t tip at all. Large enough surface to be comfortable landing when you are just beginning. I bought a set of the metal squares first. I think this is way better. Smaller increments to increase. The 3 squares were 12/18/24. I would never make it from 12-18. Made it to 14 in one week.

Would buy again
Great! I waited a month before I did the review and it has held up. It is firm and holds it shape, unlike foam ones. The outer cover protects your shins from those box jumps. We’ve used it for many things including assisted pull ups. Great product
