Absolute nightmare, no instructions included in the box but managed to get a PDF off the B&Q website fortunately. Secondly they included 2 right hand sides to the drawers making it impossible to build or understand what was going on until I found instructions. An entire pack of screws also missing from the order. The only reason I endured was due to having it ready in time for my son to game on for his birthday to go along with his new TV and console etc. If I'd had more time I'd of sent it back piece by piece like serial killer it frustrated me that much! Avoid at all costs!

This is a great piece of furniture and perfect for my laptop and additional monitor setup for working from home. It was quite easy to assemble it even though there were some mistakes in the paperwork. Overall, very happy with the product and it was a great value for money!

I'm giving this 2 starts simply because it's a decent, solid desk for the price, but other reviews are correct that the instructions are appalling!Mine didn't actually have the courtesy to come with any instructions, but fortunately (or maybe not) it was easy to find them online. But oh my gosh, pieces were incorrectly numbered - luckily I noticed that a drawer and a cupboard side shouldn't go together before I screwed them in, the screws are so short on the feet that they fall off if you're not careful, the drawers catch on the screws if you use the holes provided, and do yourself a favour and get some decent screws for the keyboard tray because they are so soft that they can't possibly be screwed all the way in without disintegrating! The instructions aren't clear, they show screws that don't exist and sometimes it's difficult to tell which way up the pieces should be.Ultimately though, if you have built flat pack furniture before, and you have a little common sense, it's quite a nice, solid desk. The drawers are a little flimsy, but I'm pleased with the final result.

The finished desk is actually very sturdy. However the build process was far from simple.I've built loads of flat pack items, and this was by far the worst, as the instructions were wrong, and in some cases, you needed a magnifying glass to see some of themFor example- Items 8 & 10 were either wrongly labelled, or the instructions were wrong- We were missing 2 dowels and 1 screw (luckily I have spares from previous builds)- The fixing for the keyboard draw shows they face outwards (magnifying glass was required to confirm), but actually you need to face them inwards. This you only find out when trying to fit the keyboard draw, which is the last thing to fit. So you then have to take the whole top apart again to make this change.

Okay so after reading so many reviews about missing parts and quality issues I was a bit skeptical about whether to buy this table or not. I liked the overall design of the table and it met my needs too so I went ahead and gave it a try. The table took quite some time to put together but turned out great. It has great storage space and is sturdy. Also, I got more screws than it needed so didn't have any problem at all. Thank you!

This item is awful. Missing parts. Wood splits when being drilled through. Items labelled with the same part number (2 number 5s and no number 3)Sent a refund request. They set this as rejected as buyer no longer wanted a refund.Poor quality item. Do not buy

I was dubious to the quality of this desk when my wife ordered it.I was pleasantly surprised at the quality.The instructions are clear & concise but I’d recommend to take your time building it & read them a couple of times.We purchased other sets from eBay & they where really poor in comparison plus twice the cost.

The media could not be loaded. The product is of substandard quality, the board is chipped here and there and the top of the table has spots. Does not look like a new table.Very sharp edges and could hurt while using.
