Perfect fit for pocket Welch Allyn 22820
Approximately 8 inches long and 4 inches wide. Enough room for pocket Welch Allyn 22820 AA with head still attached which was 7 inches long. Also three smaller pockets inside in which two were used for disposable ear pieces and spare AA batteries. I do wish this came included with the otoscope. But it is a decently made pouch that did not feel flimsy.

Nice but too small
Did not realize this is for pen sized equipment. I have standard ophthalmoscope, so it's a tight fit

Guard your investment!!
This is a great padded case for the W-A Pocket Oto- and Ophthalmoscope. It has 3 slots for 2 handles with separate operating heads, and a container of disposable otoscope cones. Comes with an external belt clip which makes for handy carriage on the hip, from room to room in a busy clinic setting. Highly recommended!
