Purchased for a recipe for my vegan daughter. Assumed since it was powdered coconut milk it was dairy free. NO! Contains milk. Must learn to always read the label

This is my coconut milk powder go-to, especially when I am making curries. I used to be able to find in the store but no longer could, and this is one of the only places I could find it online. There were plenty of other brands but this one is tried and true for me and it works great when I'm cooking.

Very delicious

I really like using this in bread machine recipes that call for powdered milk, but it is a bit expensive. It adds a nice subtle flavor to the bread but it is not a distinctive coconut flavor. I encourage you to try it.
