Q: Does this include the freezer pack?

The item "FleiKold Gel Ice Pack" is its own freezer pack. There is only what you see with the gel inside it. You freeze the entire thing and then use it where you need it. I freeze it totally flat. There is a fabric side that I put on inside closest to my body. I use a thin washcloth or towel between my skin and the ice pack.

Q: Product frosts up in freezer. Water runs off after a 15 min. treatment. Has anyone else had this problem?

Mine have only frosted up a few times so I can't say what causes it. I usually use mine until the pack is warm and dry and then put it in the flat bag it came in and lay it flat in the freezer. If I fold it over I think it tends to frost a little. I lay mine flat in the freezer. If it does frost a little I brush the frost off with a dish towel so it's completely dry and then there's zero water running off it. Always put it back in the freezer dry as well.

Q: What are dimensions of the half size pad? Photo lists dimension of 7.5 x 11.5 cm. Is this supposed to be inches, not centimeters?

If this is the same thing I purchased, I just measured and it is 11 inches by 14.5 inches. I love them, I purchased two and lay them side by side on a towel in the floor and ice my whole lower back.

Q: Are the straps permanently attached to the ice packs or is it just a strap you wrap around and over whatever body part you are using the ice pack on?

It is not permanently attached. I have spent the last week and a half mostly on my back and in bed and these packs have allowed me, thanks to these ice packs to get some pain relief in my feet and knees. They stay sold for longer that others I've tried. The soft underside helps with comfort levels of using long term.
