Amazing Sound.
Sounds great. Easy to pair. No tape hiss. As clear as the CD player. Let’s see how long it lasts but at this price I would just buy another.

Not great quality
Worked well for about 3 days, then it wont play all the speakers in my car. So basically not playing in stereo mode. So i wind up using my radio again. Sad

Bluetooth adaptors aren't worth it
tl;dr: Bluetooth adaptors are not ready for prime time, just use a regular aux Cassette adaptor from target.I had used a regular Cassette adaptor I bought from Target. It lasted ~1 year or more before the aux wire kinked to failure (we all know the feeling and we all know when it is imminent.)Realized bluetooth adaptors were a thing now. I already switched to bluetooth headphones so why not?I bought one at Walmart, and it immediately had connection issues so I returned it.I bought this one due to promises of auto-sleep (many adaptors you need to eject, switch the power off... Not difficult, but more steps & hassle than the Cassette aux adaptor I had been using for the last year).Unfortunately, this one did not serve well either... As other reviewers commented, the sound of audio is extremely low and the audio quality was not that good either, almost zero bass, and flat overall. The auto-off function did not work well for me at home / work.I wish bluetooth adaptors found a way to power the adaptor by the Cassette player, but oh well. So of course this is one thing to have to charge... I also do not understand how aux Cassette adaptors can have the aux cable popping out but these BT adaptors cannot be charged while in use.Overall, I returned it and just bought the same aux Cassette adaptor from target.

Works great
Works great, easy to pair, sound is very good. I have a 2007 Kia Sportage with the premium sound. It was before Bluetooth was standard. This works great and sounds awesome. I use Amazon music and it works without issue. If your stereo is crap it will sound like crap obviously. Buy this one

Cuts out every 30 sec or so.
Keeps cutting out every 30 sec. I used 2 different computers, 1 phone and 1 1Mii Transmitter/Receiver.They can be inches away from the BT transmitter and still cuts out. Fully charge thee times.Which it had a smaller head on it like some stand alone cassette players have. Some tape players have guiding forks right near the head (some times 2 on each side) causing the tape adapter head to hit the tape player and not touch each other very easily. My tape players hug on the sides of the tape enough where it holds the button down. Had to bypass the door with it up. Should be a sliding spring loaded switch facing to where when you put the tape in that it doesn't slide when tape is inserted. My tape player is a CDF-S38 so you can see what I mean on the tape door.

Great for using Bluetooth in older radio’s
Worked good for using Bluetooth in a cassette player. No issues so far, would buy again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Did not work for me, and missed out on the window to return it. Ended up throwing it in the trash!
