Works as described
Found a drink that needed (aesthetic) so I went searching. This is not egg whites like most foams are. It was easy to use but there were no instructions…..so I just used my best judgement and all was good.

Worked perfectly!
Of course cost is a major factor with this product. However it worked perfectly just as described. I purchased this so that we could make salt foam margaritas... absolutely delicious!

TERRIBLE for Cocktails.
This might work well for something—but that something ISN’T as an egg white or aquafaba replacement for cocktails. There is absolutely NO guidance, nor instructions. I experimented and it didn’t work. I threw out most of the package. There are better alternatives…

Awesome product
Take your culinary skills to the next level. Make sauces into stable foams. I did a Hollandaise foam for Sous vide lobster for NYE!!
