Good Product.The gel foam used in it is of high quality.It's comfortable and easy to carry.Its size is universal.It provides warmth if using in cold conditions or AC. On otherhand, you may get sweaty in summers.

Product not upto standard resulting in neck pain
The product is not ok and not comfortable when used on long flight . Just returned back and wish to return though the return window is over .Please accept return and credit refund on Amazon pay.

The product quality is very good ,,,,,but I found it too bulky,,,,perhaps over sized,,,I wish it was a tad smaller.besides when u use it in non AC room, there is an issue of perspiration.supplier should also include loose cover so that it can be washed periodically.
