The media could not be loaded. This fountain is absolutely beautiful. The video I post shows the pump with the full amount of flow. I’m sitting in my living room that connects to my dining area where the fountain is and can hear the wonderful sounds from the flowing water. Another review said to make sure to clean out the bottom of the fountain before filling it with water, so I checked for loose plaster and bits before filling it. Sure enough, there were quite a few pieces in the bottom that would’ve clogged the pump, so just be aware of that. It came packed super well and was so easy to set up. Wipe out the bits from the bottom, attach the hose to the pump, connect the plugs for the two sets of leds that are located right next to the hose for the pump. The electrical connections are press fit, water tight, threaded connectors so no need to worry about moisture. I filled the water up about an inch past the pump and the sound is nice a easy to hear. For those that say it is too quiet try draining a bit of the water until you get the correct sound. Also, I didn’t notice a difference in sound from fully opened to adjusted all the way down on the pump but you definitely notice a change in volume of water. They way that this fountain is designed is so simple and elegant. Your eyes are just automatically drawn to it. What a wonderful focal point in my dining area!!!!

This looks so much more expensive than it is! It is a focal piece in our bedroom and we love it. The ambient light and the sound of the water falling makes it very nice to run while sleeping. We have it connected to an Amazon smart plug so it runs and stops on demand using Alexa. I recommend a smart plug rather than unplugging it to turn it off and on. We simply say "Alexa turn on waterfall" and we're off to sleep or whatever! This is a great quality product that is packaged very well and looks like a piece of fine art. I have not had any problems with the water splashing out onto the carpet as I did with a previous indoor fountain that I owned.

Not only is this a beautifully and artfully styled fountain but the seller, Lamp Plus, did not hesitate to replace the failed pump and adapter, but did so fast.Here is the clue to getting the replcement in case yours failed: Go through Amazon. It takes a little bit of hunting around the Amazon site, but if you persevere, you will find it. I’d like to tell you step by step, but I can’t remember the details.Apparently other middle man sellers like e-bay and Craig’s List, use the same proceedure for a buyer to safely connect with the seller.

Rough shipping probably led to the hose coming loose inside the fountain, causing it to not flow from the top. Had to use a fish tape to get the hose from the pump affixed to the slip in port inside the fiberglass housing. Works OK now with a moderate amount of sound coming from the low flow submersible pump. It's not a Michelangelo, but it's cute.

The fountain looks good from about 15', but get any closer and it's clearly not stone. After only a few months the paint started to peel (see photo). The pump looks like it's made for a 1gal aquarium - its weak and the fountain makes almost no burbling noise. The pump fouls easily - there is nothing to stop leaves, etc from getting into the bottom water supply. Very disappointed, overall.

I was looking for a fountain for my courtyard. I wanted something that would not splash water all over the ground. This fountain was perfect for me. You can hear the peaceful sound of the water but no splashing. The fountain is large and looks great. Can't beat the price.

Although this is by far one of the most beautiful garden fountains I've found, unfortunately it arrived damaged so it has been returned. However, the water basin is too deep and the electrical cords too short so that when water is put in the basin, the electrical wires will touch the water.........If this wasn't an issue I would have ordered a replacement, but I cannot take the risk of wires touching water.

After researching the overflow issue, my husband found that the filter in the front near the light at the top was clogged. He removed the small filter and rinsed it off and placed it back and now it’s working fine. Do this only if water overflows from top to side. Overall it’s a great foundation!
