I’ve been buying this specific brand of Asian washcloths for the last 4 years. It comes in a pack of 3 and I replace the pack, minimum, once a year.I actually discovered this product through my ex bf who is Hispanic and from Mexico. He would take the red onion bag home from work (a restaurant) and use it as a washcloth because that’s what he used in Mexico growing up. That’s when I took to Google to find an actual washcloth similar to this product, but catered to hygiene.I use two separate cloths, one for my face, and one for my body. The one for my face is used to remove my makeup. I use a natural bar of soap (duke’s cannon) to remove my makeup in the shower. I have sensitive skin and soaps like dove cause my chin to break out. A little goes a long way. It removes all of my makeup (foundation, contour, eyeliner, setting powder, mascara) effortlessly without rubbing my skin raw. I have never, ever experienced any irritation from exfoliating daily with this cloth on both my face and body. After washing my face, I hold the cloth under the shower head and the makeup easily slides off of this cloth with the soap. It leaves zero makeup residue after rinsing, which tells me the cloth doesn’t hold onto dirt and grime.The cloth does not fray at all from long term use. You can use this for months on end because it is machine washable. Like I said, I replace the pack, minimum, once a year. I replace the cloth once the exfoliant material becomes “dull” and soft.It also dries very quickly so it doesn’t harbor bacteria from being wet. It dries within 5-10 after use if hung up. If it’s wadded up, it takes about 30 mins to completely dry.Before I even watched the video that posted in the photos, already highlighted every reason I recommend this product.I cannot recommend this enough.

My favorite! I can't find these at the stores near me so I'm so happy that I found them on Amazon. I don't need such a long one so i cut mine in half. Be warned, if you cut it, it will start falling apart. So i used a lighter to singe the edge that I cut. It is a harsher feel than a loofah, so it does exfoliate nicely.

Used in Ecuadorian rain forest--we needed something rough to brush off with to avoid chiggers after walks. Worked great dry and wet/soapy for shower. Gave one to a friend on the tour as well. Dried fast when most nothing dried at all.

I really like the texture of this wash cloth, i’ve been using japanese towels for years. This one requires significantly less liquid soap than others i’ve used. I will say they have a VERY distinct SMELL to them that has yet to come off. It is very very strong so if that’s something that bothers you I might look for something else

My bf and I both use these and they are great. It exfoliates and cleans. Long enough to get all of your back. Leathering is good too. They last forever! I haven’t tried washing, just replaced ours and got back ups.

These look simple but are serious scrubbers — dead skin doesn’t stand a chance. I use one every few days and my skin feels so much smoother. Dries quickly too, so no mildew.

Just what I needed. I like my back to feel clean and soft. This long cloth is long enough is easily grab onto to give your back a good scrubbing.

This is a great easy to use exfoliator. Feels good on my skin. Washes well in the machine. The size is just right, perfect for washing your back.
