Great value -- and a tip or two on replacing washer seals
I bought this regulator. It works fine. I tested it with an oxygen flow meter. It's spot on accurate as to the liters per minute coming out matching up with whatever setting you choose on the dial.I answered a question someone asked about where to get replacement washer seals for this or any same type regulator in a comment on their review. Amazon doesn't show comments unless you click on them. So I'm including the info from my comment that got "buried" in order to be helpful to someone who might benefit from it. I've found in the past with other regulators that leaks are often from washer seals that need to be replaced, rather than the regulator itself being bad. Heck, might even cut back on Amazon's returns of other regulators. :)To find replacement washer seals on Amazon for oxygen regulators, search for "Oxygen Regulator Brass Yoke Washer Seals".It's simple to replace them. They are usually the culprit when experiencing a leak with your tank and regulator. I get mine for free from the place that I get my oxygen tanks and supplies from. Search for the above phrase if you need to buy your own. It's essential to have some of these for when you need them. Else your tanks will not last long.I use a standard screwdriver with a thin skinny blade just a bit over one-eighth inch wide to replace old washer seals with new ones.First, pry off the old washer seal. Make sure and clean away any rubber or other gunk from around the brass tube you just lifted or pried the old washer seal off of. The screwdriver isn't usually needed for this; it just makes it easy.Secondly, using the "pointy corner" "side" part of the screwdriver blade, press down on the inner rubber part of the washer seal where it makes contact with the brass tube the washer seal fits over till the washer seal is all the way on and laying flat without any of the rubber seal rising up the side of the brass tube the washer seal fits over.Put the regulator on your tank and check for a leak....there won't likely be any.Hope this helps,Louis

Great regulator for the money far better than renting a regulator!
Regulator works like any other the settings go from 1 to 15 so plenty of flexibility with this regulator to run a nasal canula or a breather mask. I purchased this regulator after learning that the local medical supply wanted to rent me a regulator for $60 per month. I figured I had nothing to lose except money if I didn't try this one.Works great and the best part I own the regulator and no rental fees except for the O2 tank. I highly recommend this regulator to anyone who is wanting to get one for 02 use on the home or the go perfect.Shipping from BP Med Supply was not the greatest- slow as hell and there was never any tracking information but it did arrive within the "noticed time" but it took days to be labeled as "shipped" and then another additional 5 days to arrive. The BP supply sends their products via USPS snail mail so except a bit of a delay if ordering from BP other than that however product is wonderful and a real good one for those who need to use 02.

Great little regulator
Functions well, appears as advertised. Comes with the metal/rubber washer you need to connect it to the oxygen tank. No leaks, has held the pressure at 2000 PSI for days even after turning off the O2 tank. The only thing I didn't realize is that the low-flow "barb" style outlet connector will not allow for the attachment of a "christmas tree" style adapter - but that's my own error, not the fault of the product. If you're hooking this up to standard oxygen tubing, it will work fine, but if you need something more flexible for your needs, you may want to look into finding one with the larger "Diss" style outlet connector, which can then be connected to a christmas tree style adapter.

Decent regulator for the money!
I needed an extra regulator to add to my kit (I'm an EMT) and this one fit the bill nicely. Seems well made. It's seen regular use and so far has performed to expectations.

priced for quantity
These regulators are priced to make your life easier. I use homefill ML6 and M9 tanks for getting around but I have D and E tanks placed around work and home and in the cars for emergency use and have one of these on each cause what if my pulse regulator gave out and not the tank going empty, then what. This way I am never far from a fully working tank where ever I am. Plus they make a good handle if you need to move a tank around. So far out of eight units I have had zero fail and they all do hold air if you shut the tank valve and 0 setting on regulator. Nice to know that your tank is full without having to check all the time. The adjustment knob has a very good detent so it stays on your setting but is easy to adjust. Yes, these came with a tank handle so do not buy one.

Units fails shortly after use
Multiple failures of these devices. Had it replaced under warranty twice over the last few months and now has failed again. Regulators are made in China and have poor seal design. Do not Purchase!

Great regulator and Cheap Too!
I got this regulator for use with my oxygen system needed for my lung disease. I wanted an extra regulator that was inexpensive (cheap) but worked well. THIS one hit the spot. Only $20s; excellent delivery service; works from 0 to 15 liters per minute (LPM). The only negative factor is that the settings for the regulator jump from 10 to 15 LPM without having a 12 LPM option. I like to use the 12 setting fairly often. While I don't like that, the fact that this regulator is so inexpensive and works so well, still makes me assign a five star rating.

High quality regulator.
Very high quality. Easy use, very smooth turning of dial and tightening bar.
