Just have a one and half glass of amla and aleo vera juice with a luke warm water at night before bed and trust me in a month you will surely observe some changes in your body . Flavour is ok. Packaging is very bad, the quality of plastic and cap is cheap. Not value for money.

Found hair in my Aloe vera juice! Its still sealed and unopened. It's completely unacceptable 👎 I don't know what kind of hair it is...
