Saving my tree

Meh, didn't make any difference
Tried this on some of our Birch trees and didn't notice any improvement on the trees. Not much else to say other than we will stick with liquid fertilizer for now on.

There is a green circle of grass around the little tree
This little tree started out as a one foot tall stick and is on its second summer of growth! In the first year, we planted it in good compost and made sure to keep it watered. This year is incredibly hot and we wanted to keep giving it extra special love so it grows quickly, but strongly. There is a darker green grass ring around the tree as the grass also benefits from the fertilizer, and the tree is doing well. We still have quite a lot of the bag left, so it will permit us to fertilize a few more times.
