Live NOW products. New vitamin and it absorbs well. No discomfort. Larger pill so I stick in yogurt on a spoon and that makes it easy to swallow, glass of water at the end.

Good product
This really works - I can now cross the fingers of my hand. It takes about a month to get good results and you need to keep it up. Also remember to take it on an empty stomach and no food for 4-5 hours afterwards.
