Replacement Tube by Reliance Medical fits Littmann® Cardiology III® 3 Stethoscope (Black)

Very happy with the qualityBought it at the same time as I purchased a cheaper replacement stethoscope for a broken binaural on my master cardiology iii. When I replaced with this, with the exception of the awful earpieces, it was back to being the spectacular stethoscope it was when I took it out of the box the first time 13 years ago. I don’t even bother using the new cheaper model stethoscope I bought - I still use the cardiology iii with this new binaural and my Littmann earpieces.For $25 this was a great way to save an expensive stethoscope from an early retirement. Worth every penny.

Fits well and sound is good!

It securely fits the chestpiece of my Littman Cardiology II stethoscope. Considerably more affordable than directly purchasing it from the company. It seems well made, sturdy and works perfectly well!

Good stethoscope tubing, however if you needed to switch out the bell of a littman stethoscope to this tubing good luck. I had to buy a new bell that wasnt a littman. But other than that- its great !

I purchased this to replace my cracked tubing on my cardiology 3 stethoscope. Nearly identical to the Littmann. The only difference was the ear tubes on this one are a polished chrome instead of a matte chrome finish. Littmann wants $105 to replace the tubing and diaphragms. I was able to replace mine with this tubing and a Littmann diaphragm kit from Amazon for $45 total. Definitely the way to go.

For the fraction of the cost from the original, this is an excellent replacement. I can’t tell the difference at all, I can hear just as well with my new tubing. Yes, the rubber was a little sticky in the beginning, but that’s only a short while.
