Ordered a L first time. It worked fine, but figured a M would be a better fit, so I did. The M is marked as M, but is exactly the same size as the L. Still glad I have and use it.

No support to hold penis in place.
My husband is a disabled veteran who is incontinenceThere is nothing to support the penis to stay in place. I liked the way the brief fits my husband. Sometimes he would have a BM in the brief which would have been acceptable if the 4 pair I bought would actually keep him dry. Waste of time and money

It is a great product if the patient is not Alzheimer or dementia.

Not impressed
The bags that urine goes into is very small. The urine did not flow down the tube at all and the fit for the penis is not great. Unless you have a huge penis this probably won’t work for you

After trying several items used for this purpose, I found these to be easier to get on my 88 year old Dad so that we could both have a peaceful night's sleep.

Does not work
I bought this for my father in law who no longer can get out of bed, this product does not work for that, it spilled everywhere and none of the pee got to the baggie, it is more for men who use it standing up.
