Works well under big shaded entry area
Installed over a commercial door that's under a big overhang porch area that almost never gets direct sun, yet the sensitivity is just right and shuts off before Sunrise and after sunset

It works well but,
I'm basing this review on the purchase prior to this one. The last one I bought lasted a little over a year and here I go replacing it again. I guess that's why they're so cheap. I'm griping because I have to climb a pretty high ladder to replace it.

Simple install
When we purchased our home the outside light controller used a similar manual timer, it was no fun adjusting it 10+ times a year. I installed this and now after maybe 6 months it's perfect, should have installed it 8 years ago.
