it does its job
I started this supplement a while ago and have just started my third bottle. After all this time, I can confidently confirm that this supplement WORKS. Everybody's metabolism/appetites are unique to their own systems, so how much weight/side effects also depend. Regardless, the supplement does what it advertises.I was reading over reviews and many of the negative ones complained of a racing heart, sweating, jitters, and even feeling sick. But here's the thing, this is a thermogenic FAT BURNER. These side effects are to be expected if you take something like this. The generalized purpose of a THERMOGENIC fat burner is to raise the body's core temperature, thus speeding up the metabolic process which is how fat burning happens. The raised heart rates and hot flashes are normal when taking this kind of product. I recommend taking it on days you are going to work out, as you'll sweat/burn calories more, and you won't be sitting trying to concentrate with all the pent up energy. In fact, I used to use this as a pre workout when I ran out of my old powder. My personal experience: Pardon the TMI, but this product makes me have to pee... a lot. It also makes me sweat easier and have a very high heart rate which makes my face quite flushed, but I expected this. I lost a lot of water retention and bloating. As for weight loss, my overall weight fluctuates like crazy. I can wake up 118 lbs, be 127 in the afternoon, and go back down to 120 all in the span of a day. Because this supplement makes me have to pee a lot, plus the extra calorie burning from the raised heart rate/core temperature, I did in fact lose weight. It also helps me control my eating. I meal prep, but struggle with snacking out of boredom. This has worked as a great appetite suppressant, and as long as you are safe and keep eating your three meals a day or whatever you'd eat normally minus the unnecessary snacking (if that was a problem for you) you should be fine.As someone who used to have an eating disorder, this (bear with me) has HELPED me with my relationship with food. I know that sounds crazy, but it has shown me how significant the temporary water retention/weight is to my overall ACTUAL body weight. This lessens the guilt I feel after eating because I know the increased scale number is not real. Obviously this will not be the case with others, this is just my personal experience.Take this supplement with caution, for the right reasons, and be smart with it.

This stuff works
I'm a 40-year-old woman, 5' 2", currently close to 200 lbs. I never realized I coped with stress by eating until life threw some tough family losses my way, derailing my focus on health and myself all together. Historically, I've maintained fitness, eaten reasonably well, and stuck to weightlifting religiously—feeling my best around 132 - 136 lbs, not fixating on the number but on the strength and vitality it brings, I'm my best around that weight.Lately, though, my habits have plummeted; my eating's chaotic, hydration's lacking, and my workout quality and consistency has damn near vanished. I've lost my drive, discipline, and energy. So, I tried shifting from C4 pre-workout to Super HD. I was apprehensive after reading reviews fearing jitters or migraines without exercise or water. Surprisingly, it's been a game-changer, aiding my return to healthier habits.I wake up around 4am, taking one after a small snack, then head to the garage to lift. I usually can't have a small snack before working out or I'll throw up, I'm fine while taking these. I sweat profusely, break personal records, all despite neglecting a structured lifting routine for a year and a half. I finish my workout around 5 - 5:30 and I've already made it through a half a gallon of water without upsetting my stomach. Jitters and migraines haven't been an issue because I remain consistent with working out and drinking water, and while I experience temporary sweating and chills, they pass swiftly.I found that if I don't take a 2nd pill, my junk cravings kick in and I lose energy. Having junk cravings when the food will make you feel sick is a nasty combo. So I take a 2nd around 11am and am good for the day and it doesn't affect my sleep. I drink about a gallon and a half a day, easily get in 8k steps now, I have the energy to get through my day, I wake up with energy, and my drive to workout is back.I'm down a few pounds this week, not bloated, cranky, or depressed, I have healthy cravings, junk food turns my stomach and doesn't taste good, and I'm excited to do things now. All it took was a kick in the ass from a little pill twice a day. This I can definitely keep up with to get back to a healthy place with good blood work; genuinely grateful to have found a place where I feel motivated and good about myself again. I wish I didn't wait so long, although this too is part of my journey to not get back here again - learning lessons and reality checks come from somewhere, right?

I love it!
Super hd, definitely works it decreases appetite, gives me energy, and even kind puts me in a good mood. With that said, the side effects can be kind of narly. You have to take it with a decent meal and at least 12oz of water or else you migth get jittery and get headaches or stomach issues. I take half the pill with breakfast, and I usually don't need the other half.
