Seriously bummed
Very cheap. The black one is hard plastic, no give at all which is necessary. And it has a hard line around it where the two sides of the mold touched to make the shape. The circle is so hard it can’t be rolled for therapudic use.

VERY EFFECTIVE
My crossfit instructor recommended I get this set for wod exercises.I’ve used the trigger point foam ball and rubber lacrosse ball mainly and they work great for getting deep into fascia and loosening out knots. I find them most effective on my neck, shoulders and back but I imagine they’d work well for feet too, especially the spikey ball.

like a tennis ball
After using tennis balls for years, I finally caved and bought something that I didn't have to worry about breaking, like a tennis ball. Hits the needed points, works really well and feels very durable.

Helping to heal my bunion
I had read that these balls were good for the fascia problems that can lead to not only plantar fascitis, but bunions as well. I have had a bunion since I was a teenager (I'm now 35) and had poorly fitting figure skates on my feet for several years. I have been rolling the spiky ball from this set on my soles a few times a week and I can definitely feel less pain. I just sit on the edge of the couch and place the ball on the floor and roll my foot around while I watch TV. So far I've not been able to visually see that protruding bone getting corrected, but am hoping with continued use it will tighten up to regular form. The mesh storage bag was a very nice addition. Overall, very pleased!

Nice variety
I really like the options of the 3 different surfaces of balls. Surprisingly the smooth surface ball works the best for me, to get a deep tissue massage for my sciatica. I am very happy with my purchase.

Full set for all uses
Great product, exactly as advertised and easy to use. Instead of getting just one or two pieces, I opted for a set. Quickly found that to be a wise decision since different areas of back/legs/chest require different pieces. Plyopic seems to know this well - designed the set exactly with this in mind.

Great addition to my gym bag.
These balls were exactly what I was looking for to warm down after intense exercise - great to massage out muscle tightness and for muscle maintenance. They're an excellent addition to my kit bag for taking to the gym and when I'm on the go. I also use them on my legs and feet post runs and on my neck and shoulders after golf. Really neat little kit.

Love this set!
I really love the variety in this set. I was on the fence about buying these and I should have ordered them sooner! I would recommend to anyone who needs the support of these options.

amazing
I dont normally do reviews. But this little cheap set of balls has managed to do instantly what i have not manged to do with soft or bumpy foam rollers and expensive massage machines and also the back buddy. With in ten minutes i was able to release the knots out of my upper back and also release the tension in my glutes so that I could touch my toes. i had assumed my glutes were fine as rollers had made no difference but i felt the pain as soon as i used the balls and got instant relief. Could not reccommend enough

These work brilliantly!
Used for severe knots in my neck, shoulders and back. I have been undergoing a treatment plan for the last 6 months with combined chiropractor, physio and massage appointments. I use the smooth and trigger point massage balls for my neck and back either in bed for 10 mins before sleep or sitting on the sofa in between treatments. I have found them to be helpful in reducing knots but would not recommend working on the same spot every day as this can aggravate a specific area so you need to target a different area if used on a daily basis. I've also found the best way to use them is to move to a position where you feel pain to about 30%. If the pain threshold is too high the muscles appear to cramp and this has a negative effect. Over a period of time, as the knots reduce and you get used to using the balls you are able to target each area a little deeper.I started at a point where my whole back had gone into spasm, completely seized and physio alone was ineffective hence being unable to work. 6 months on with combination treatment including the use of these massage balls on a regular basis has got me fully mobile again. I would highly recommend for anyone who suffers with knots.

Can be helpful
These products are well presented in a net type small carry-pouch.I have had some muscular/tendon damage to a shoulder for a couple of years and thought these balls might help.Do be careful though rolling the unit over a delicate area, particularly if you are of 'a certain age', having some muscle loss through ageing and not as flexible as a younger person.Taking some therapy/deep massage from a professional at my painful shoulder made me realise that a slightly more medium density ball set would have been preferable. I do use the balls but it isn't too easy trying to use them gently. My therapist had one such 'Medium' ball, the spiky one and unfortunately brought it over from Germany so no details.

Pretty good
These massage balls are pretty good and come with a PDF instruction manual. The URL inside the box (for the manual) didn't work and so I had to email the Company - got a prompt and helpful response. My reluctance to give a full 5 * review relates to the black "dimpled" ball. It's formed from 2 halves "glued" together and, for about half the circumference, the seam is raised and sharp. This means you have to get the ball in the correct position to make sure the seam doesn't dig into you (it's so sharp that, when you run a finger along it, it almost feels like it could slice skin).I've actually found myself using the pain, rubber ball more. When a muscle is actually at the point where pressing on it is painful - you really don't want something spikey in there. But they're def helping and come in a nice little drawstring, net bag.

Kiss goodbye to expensive massages!
I’dr recently discovered the concept of foam rolling and bought one. Watched a load of Youtube vids on how to use it (slowly roll-find trigger point-apply pressure for 30 seconds). Alrhough it felt great and worked, BUT I found using a foam roller 1) taxing on my arms and shoulders as you have to kind of lift your upper body off the ground to roll up and down and 2) it was hard to roll and apply pressure to smaller areas. Enter the Plyopic balls! I initially bought them for the hard to reach areas but now use them instead of my foam roller. I use then everywhere and didn’t realise how much tension I was carrying around and high knotted my poor muscles were. I used them all over my body, determined to find all my trigger points, for a good hour the other day and really have had no need to use again. But I know asa i get tension build up, these little beauties are ready and waiting to blast the tension into oblivion. Used them on my feet the other day. Literally sat watching TV while rolling it around under each foot. I can’t believe how effective they are and how all this time I didn’t know about them. I now do a half hour full body stretch session every morning (basically just yoga moves that enable a deep stretch) as i’ve acquired so much muscle knowledge since buying these and the foam roller.Ps, they’ll make a handy gift for friends and relatives! Also want to note that the customer service was is excellent. The seller sent me a note, thanking me for the purchase and to let them know if there are any problems.
