Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5

With Fit Simplify bands I am able to do the same exercises my physical therapist had me do to recover from rotator cuff surgery. I was told to keep those connector muscles strong to avoid future issues with my rotator cuff and Fit Simplify makes that easy. They are portable and contrary to my first impression when I took them out of the box, are plenty long enough to do every exercise I need. AND I really like the hip exercises which I've not been able to get through other means. I hike a lot through the woods and need all the muscle support I can get.

I got these bands so I could do PT exercises for my knee. I have used them everyday for about a week and they are perfect for my needs! They don’t roll up and seem very sturdy. The only downside is the storage bag is a little small so you have to fold them up every time when you put them away. They are also a little small so don’t expect to stretch them from floor to chest.

I really like these bands. I have never worked with bands before and I'm shocked because they're genius. They make working out at home accessible and easy to do, so it's a lot easier for me to actually get my work out done (and I also have been enjoying working out with these). I appreciate the different color themes, and it was actually hard to choose which colors I wanted. I don't imagine the lighter resistance bands lasting a very long time with regular use, as they feel pretty thin, and I'm not sure how the quality of the resistance will hold up- but that isn't to say they aren't doing their jobs now, I'm unsure what the average life of these are anyway.

Easy to carry anywhere, good quality. I like the dots on bands that indicate level 1, 2, 3, 4,5. I would like to see more resistance between the last 2 bands, there wasn’t much difference moving from 4 to 5. It still gets the job done, overall I’m happy with the product.

Fenomenales para ejercitarse aumentando la resistencia en forma gradual. Muy útiles para la terapia física que involucra la tonificación e incrementaicón de la fortaleza de músculos de piernas y muslos, luego de una cirugía de remplazo total de rodilla. Elegante el bolsito. Son de un material fino, la banda es ancha y suave y al traer varias resistencias, se puede ir aumentando el nivel de la terapia gradualmente.

These resistance bands are small loops a bit under 2 feet in circumference (1 foot long laid flat). The Heavy and X-Heavy ones are ideal for training your draw strength when taking up archery. Just be careful not to fling them like rubber bands or snap yourself with them, because they can and will break objects and leave bruises. Accidentally lost my grip on the Heavy one while idly stretching it and almost hit my partner in the head. It whizzed right by her ear and sent a bunch of stuff flying off the table. 10/10 would recommend as both an exercise implement AND a weapon.

Just used them for the first time this morning. I travel for my job and most hotel gyms don't have much equipment. With these I am able to do some of my workouts in my room. I like how many different choices I have. Most only come in two packs.

I haven't had these very long, so I can't comment on durability over time, but I really like the variety of resistance options. The lowest resistance allowed me to work on proper form and technique, before I began to use the stronger bands. Love the way they can be folded and carried in the provided bag to use when traveling.
