French Open Hole Flute
Got our daughter a French Open Hole Flute for her birthday. It was an older antique. The holes had cork which is easy to damage. These were a good replacement.

Great replacement if they fit your flute
My child’s flute lost two plugs and we decided to try these. They are a good replacement to keep in your case/bag but…you have to make sure the diameter fits the holes on the keys of your particular flute.These are slightly small for my child’s flute so it will pop out occasionally when playing. Otherwise, these are fantastic. We still keep them for emergencies.Note: the plugs our local music shop/technician uses are slightly different. Those plugs seem to have a sort of “lip” that helps cover more of the hole on the key. I didn’t see those available on Amazon when we looked.Pros: price, functional, can get them quickly in an emergency.Cons: may not fit your flute just right and therefore may come off.
