This is the one!
Edit again. Just ordered a 3rd time.I read a review on one of their other products that said that product was ok - but the original disinfectant was better.I still bought that product. With this new purchase though- now, I get it.I agree with that review, wherever it was, this one is a tough one to beat.I can see how some like the smell and others think it’s cloying.Personally, I don’t think it’s bad. It’s also not my favorite either. Other scents are available. But I’m impatient, and the scent is refreshing and clean smelling enough for me.And maybe this one is the best smelling out of them all, which was an opinion I did read in another review..However, if they came out with this in a scent, something more along the lines of Mrs Myers basil or lemon verbena or more closer to the likeness of their scents, I might be more inclined to try that out. This, as it currently is though, is as close to perfect as I have been looking for, and I do like the scent..As perfect as it is.. There are a few things about it that I wish I had known. Only so I had a better idea of how quickly I was going to go through it. Especially when most reviews stated a little goes a long way.Well it does. But it depends largely on how and what you use it primarily for.For urine or biological messes on fabrics being laundered- I pre treated with a spray bottle using a 50/50% solution, diluting the cleaner in equal parts with water. Then when I put the fabric in the washer, I used 8oz non diluted cleaner poured directly into where the fabric softener goes, instead of using fabric softener. But I did still add fabric softener. I’m going to try it with out it next time I use it for the wash.Or you can add it to the final rinse yourself if you remember to do that sort of thing. This is very effective on both stains and odors in the wash - And I really thought I was going to need to rewash a small load that I was sure I didn’t get to in time and figured it would take at least 1 more wash if it did work, and debated on if it did require a second wash- it’s possible that nothing can be done and was prepared to throw it away.Instead. I was amazed that it was ready to simply throw in the drier. No trace or even a hint of any bad smells. And most stains. Even old ones were gone.Although I did use a healthy amount of oxyclean powder, and detergent, mostly dissolved in hot water first and then poured into the clothes/wash directly in my top loader washer. (Personal preference of mine to do it that way. (What works for me, might not for you), even though the directions instruct to add before you add your clothes.)*** So adding a disclaimer- Dont do what I describe. I’m not giving you directions on what to do and I’m not giving any advice on how to use the product.*** Please follow the directions on whatever products you use.*** If you do try anything I describe that is different than how the products manufacturer instructs how to use the product, or maybe even advises specifically against what I’ve described to do, and you still do it, please realize:*** It’s at your own risk. I’m not advising you to do anything.*** This review is informational only.*** Not Instructional.*** This review is NOT educational.*** I’m not responsible for your choice in how you want or choose to use the product. Especially if the manufacturer advises against or the instructions are different than how you choose to use the product.*** Always read the instructions and follow them for yours and others safety and to avoid the risk of property damage and prevent potentially voiding any warranties that may be affected..Back to what I was saying…It is very effective in the wash. However, it requires using a lot more of it than I thought it would. But it can still be cost effective, if you use it instead of using fabric softener, it is used in the final rinse- 8oz not diluted - either add in where the fabric softener is supposed to go, or add to the water directly when the final rinse has mostly filled - to make sure it’s distributed evenly and not concentrated on just a couple items. Also as a cleaner, I prefer using an even half product half water ratio.I use it mostly for pet messes and as a stain remover and as a laundry sanitizer.Because we are naughty pet owners. I can’t blame the animals. The dog had been waiting patiently, but the last one minute, was one minute too long, and because the cat protests when the litter box is not being attended to as often as it should be.So this is the all in one product I’ve been looking for.Until I find one better. I’m open to suggestions. But, I’ve tried many products before this one. And so far I’m already planning to order again, because I really don’t want to run out of it. But I sure do go through this type of product very quickly. But if I follow the recommended dilution - it seems weak, and I can’t smell it. I feel like I have to be able to smell it, for it to be effective.Which I realize is not the most logical thought.I accidentally bought the regular 3n1 carpet again.I meant to buy the pro grade 3n1carpet.I still plan on trying other products when the budget allows.I think testing these types of cleaners has now become a habit. But we’ll just call it a hobby. That sounds better.

OdoBan: The ONLY Thing That Got Rid of That Stubborn Ammonia Smell!
I’d give it 10 stars if I could!I have tried everything to get the ammonia smell out of my dog’s pee pads. Vinegar, Borax, baking soda, bleach, every type of “odor eliminating” laundry detergent, scent beads, etc. I’ve tried pre-soaking overnight, air drying, you name it. Nothing has worked like OdoBan.Just 12oz in a large load of laundry, and the pee pads come out smelling like clean linen—not even a hint of ammonia left behind. I honestly couldn’t believe it the first time, but now I won’t wash them without it.OdoBan officially has a lifelong customer, and Amazon has the best deal on it by far. If you’ve been struggling with pet odor and feel like you’ve tried it all, try this. Game changer.

My new go-to for cleaning
I saw this product recommended on social media by a professional cleaner as a one-stop-shop product for all your cleaning needs. I have a house full of children and pets, multiple surfaces, and needed something that could do the job everywhere (and smelled good). Its a big bottle- and a little goes a long way! I LOVE the eucalyptus smell... Its not harsh like eucalyptus essential oil- a softer scent that doesn't overpower your home. I use it diluted in spray bottles for spot cleaning and in a bucket for mopping. It does an excellent job breaking up crud, and has not any residue behind. I have not tried it as a laundry additive. Bonus points for being a disinfectant.I think this is going to be my go-to cleaning product going forward.

Smells like a luxury hotel, not a hospital
I tried the eucalyptus and was really impressed with both the scent and quality. I am picky about smells and did not want anything that reminded me of a hospital. This product smells like a fresh hotel room after just a few spritzes diluted with water.I use it as a room spray, mixing one part concentrate with three parts water in 16-ounce bottles. The strength is perfect but you can add more water if it is too strong. I also use it as a surface cleaner, and all the cleaning ratios are right on the bottle. It cleans well without leaving streaks and lasts a long time since it is concentrated. It is simple to use and very versatile. I will definitely keep using this and try more of their other scents. No regrets.

My new favorite cleaner
During one of my insomnia hyper focus spirals, the focus was about what do professional maid's use when cleaning because I have animals, kids and a house that was not built with a lot of thought. My typical go to cleaner is Fabuloso however all it ends up doing is make my death trap of a floor slick and I can still smell various other odors.I bought this cleaner and it arrived promptly the next day. I have now used it on litterboxes, floors and more and it has been fantastic. My fiancé walked in the room and the cleaner does so well in neutralizing scents that he did not realize the the trashcan he was standing next to was full of dirty kitty litter . I typically haaate the smell of Eucalyptus but the cleaner is incredibly subtle and Ihave not noticed in slickness or residue after mopping.I highly recommend this cleaner.

SATISFIED
I USED IT ON A VAN WITH EXTREMELY HEAVY CIGARETTE SMOKE ODOR. I POURED IT FULL STRENGTH IN A SPRAY BOTTLE AND SPRAYED THE INTERIOR HEAVILY AND LET IT MARINATE ALL NIGHT WITH WINDOWS CLOSED. (I HAD TO WEAR A MASK!!) THE NEXT MORNING I WAS SURPRISED HOW WELL IT WORKED. TIME WILL TELL IF IT IS JUST MASKING THE SMOKING ODOR TEMPORARILY. I PLAN ON GOING OVER THE WHOLE INTERIOR WITH A STEAM CLEANER SOON. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT . IT HAS WORKED BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHER PRODUCTS IVE TRIED.....VINEGAR AND BAKING SODA, AIR FRESHENER TYPE SPRAYS, HEAVY DUTY CARPET CLEANER ETC
