I love that you know you're getting a high amount of active curcuminoids (95% of 500mg per capsule). I found when reading other curcumin labels that there is often a mix of 95% standardized curcumin (I've seen as low as 15mg per capsule) mixed with turmeric powder that is only 3% curcuminoids. We all hear about how great turmeric/ curcumin is, but it is the actual curcuminoid content that gives us the health benefits.

I was using a different brand and this brand gave me more for less money and I haven't noticed a difference, so if you want to spend less and get more buy this.
