This is that hair dryer I have have ever used! I have short hair its thin so unruly a lot here in Texas humidity. Great control lightweight. Great price !

UPDATED Tue.5-Feb-2019: I am honour bound to update and change my initial review on this product. The Seller reached out to me, gave me a refund and despite my pointing out that fact (i.e. that I had been refunded for the defective Blow Dryer), insisted on sending me a replacement free of charge! THAT is quality service but more importantly, I received the Blow Dryer last Thu.24-Jan and waited before writing this update as I wanted to verify the Seller's confidence in their product. The Blow Dryer works EXACTLY as described and although I was justified to submit an honest review, I feel a bit mortified that I had that initial experience which attracted a low rating. Thus I am pleased to up the stars on this product and would assure potential buyers that it would be money well-spent. I definitely recommend this Blow Dryer! [PS: The last pic is of the NEW Blow Dryer received still in the box and I've removed the pics from the initial review as the matter has been so satisfactorily resolved.]Unfortunately, this material is either just not strong or I was bad lucky and received one that did not make the grade. For that reason I would not give the product 1 star as it is a lovely looking dryer, true to the colour of the online pic and perhaps works as described. However, since I had to return the item I can't say I could recommend this Blow Dryer. What I can say is that the Seller is fantastic and actually made an "advance refund" - i.e. before the item was even returned. That earned the transaction the 2nd star, the first being the lovely colour. I was hesitant to purchase a Blow Dryer, finally decided to do so since I'd received an Amazon Gift Card for the Christmas and being disappointed in this purchase I decided against buying Blow Dryer for now.

I bought this in July. Now only 3 1/2 months later, it only blows cold air even though I’m using the hottest heat setting.

Terrible product. Barely blows out any air. Warm air only lasted a few weeks. Now nothing but cold air.
