I m just half way but I already know that it's the most important piece of wor I m reading to understand better my ADHD. When u read the case studies so many times u feel oh its just you! And feels relived to know you are not the only one who has existed that way, with the struggles, the frustrations and the dismay that ADHD can bring at times .. Aslo slowly but surely it's building towards the coping and controlling mechanisms...And also how to harness the gifts that we are born with.. I m excited to finish through it... It might just be the game changer if not the life changer I have been waiting for... A must read for all the ADHD folks...

I was struggling since my childhood. Now got my answers. I have difficulty in focussing in my studies my hyperactive nature, not able to communicate with other people. I got each and every answer of my struggle.

Ths book is good and very well written.But it is overpriced on Amazon, the labelled price is 799 but I brought it for 1.3k.

This book has opened my eyes. I don't think the doctors could have done any better job than this. They have busted the myths and established the facts about ADD. I have fallen in love with ADD to an extent that it feels a little deprived not to have the conditions. My hats are off for the Doctors for educating the masses with great anecdotes and details. Thanks much.

Excellent book to understand ADD

The seller is offering pirated books at the price of original ones. If the price were lower, there wouldn't be any complaints. Pirated books can be found in stores for under 200 Rs, so at 835 Rs, we expect better quality than what is being provided. The book had irregular print and paper sizes.
