OMG...this cream is heaven sent. I suffer from both back and shoulder pain, as well as knee pain, when I overdo it, which at times is quite often. I have used both Aspercreme Lidocaine and Voltaren, which have helped, but this cream is seriously magical. It works almost immediately and lasts quite a long time before I have to reapply. There are occasions, when none of these creams or ointments give me any sort of relief, but for the most part this one has always helped with the pain.
