DIY sheep/pig Automatic Feeder
I bought one just to see if it will work as an affordable DIY automatic feeder for my sheep. It works so well that I bought two more for my pigs.I usually buy grain from farmers to feed my animals and they are not as clean compared to grains from TSC. Leaves, straws, bits of corn stalks/cobs and other stuff can jam the feeder.Programming is easy. There are 4 programmable timer settings with a maximum of 20 seconds run time. These works for my current application but will probably upgrade in the future to a motor with longer run times.

PERFECT and DURABLE!
I made a corn deer feeder out of a plastic 15 gallon drum and used this on the bottom. works seamless! GREAT BUY!

Surprising quality!!
This is a great product. I have fiur (4) feeders operating using this product and have had no issues over the past two (2) years. I operate the feeders year around. The batteries seem to last forever. Throws the corn and pellets nearly twenty feet in all directions. Can’t beat the price for the quality you’re getting. I purchased two extra, but haven’t had either out of the boxes.

I'm throwing out a solid 4.5 stars on this one!
I bought this Moultrie deer feeder to feed my chickens when I am away on occasion. The kit came nicely and securely packaged but without the batteries which were claimed to be included. BOO! HISS!Oh well, I'll deduct a half star for that. I mounted the feeder on a five gallon bucket and it was a quick and simple process. I Suspended the feeder on ropes which I ran from my high front porch to a tree about 40 feet away. A simple pulley system allows me to fill the feeder from my porch and then send it back out to the feeding zone. It couldn't be more convenient. The spinner scatters the scratch perfectly and the girls adapted to it after just a few feedings. I set it to run just after daybreak so the chickens have immediate access to breakfast. A lunchtime and dinnertime feeding complete the program and the girls seem to appreciate the whole process. As of now I am really happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of contented chickens providing me with their wonderful, nutritious eggs and delicious eggs. If you need an automatic feeder, don't overlook this little gem. It really makes things easy.

Replaced an old feed motor.
This replaced an old feed motor that had eventually died after like 20 some years. The material is a heavy duty plastic. Capacity and throw distance is perfect for our needs. It shoots corn out about 10 feet. It looks much better than the clunky box with a motor and motorcycle battery attached to it. Much more compact. Love that it takes AA batteries.

LCD Screen issues
After two seasons the LCD screen display looks like hieroglyphics. Fresh batteries; everything dry and clean, still no improvement. I have no way to set the time or the timers. Basically worthless now.
