Do not justify for its price
This is long term review for inalsa inox 1000 2022 model, which I am using it for 1+ year. I bought this as upgrade for my old inalsa Maxie 2 thinking better quality and performance, but I was completely disappointed with its quality and performance. I WOULD SAY, ONLY UPGRADE IN PRICE NOT TJE PRODUCT, WHICH IS NOT EVEN AMY MATCH TO MY OLD FOOD PROCESSOR WHICH I BOUGHT IN HALF THE PRICE.This is my ratingBuild quality 1 ⭐Performance ⭐ ⭐ ⭐Nose level. ⭐ (too loud)Looks ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐Options. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ (Lots of food processing options)Value for money ⭐⭐INOX 1000 come with 2YR MOTOR ONLY warranty whereas, INALSA MAIES 5YR MOTOR WARRANTY WITH 2YR COMPLETE WARRENTY.WARRENTY ITSELF SPEAK FOR THE PRODUCT

Beware customer care if you item does not work!
Only received this item yesterday. The machine was not functioning when I unpacked it.However, after trying to return the item it appeared that there was no more in stock. I spent the afternoon trying to contact an actual Amazon customer service person and failed. Amazon need to realise everything does not fit into their categories and should make it easier to speak to them. It was going to take 11 days before a service engineer could contact me. As I have an engineering background I decided to have a look at the machine and soon found I could make an easy repair. So, the machine is now working, makes french fries, slices onions and makes dough for roti. So far so good. I will write another review in a few weeks and hopefully will be able to add some more stars. The moral is, have a look in the local shops before rushing to Amazon!
