My girls love this stretch band! It’s made with very durable material and provides just the right amount of tension to get a good stretch. When laying flat to the ground in a straddle (see pic), it actually helps to push you down into the stretch due to the strength of the band. It’s great for kids and adults! My 5 year old can use it as well as my 16 year old, which is great because that means that one size fits all! It comes in a convenient carrying bag for easy transport and storage. I would absolutely recommend this stretch band for dancers, gymnasts, yoga, physical therapy or any kind of sport/activity that requires stretching and flexibility. I really believe that my girls will improve their flexibility with the use of Zenmarkt Ballet Stretch Bands.

The quality was fine. I’m a 5 foot 5 woman. I was looking forward to trying this but I just couldn’t get it to stretch enough to be usable for me. It must be intended for children. I ordered another brand that worked better.

There was no how to guide added with my order. So this is a bit disappointing. I wanted to know All the stretches possible with this band but I suppose I’ll google. Band is durable, thick, nice color but for what I paid I expected a how to guide.

with this price, i expected guide book should come with the package. The reality is a palm size black bag wrapped with cheap plastic bag. Very much like dollar store toy instead of $20.00 product. Sorry, i am going to return it.

Just got this the other day...working well already for this older guy trying to get flexibility back for martial arts...I am sure with time will be perfect.

Very good price and it’s fun to use for stretching plus it doesn’t push you too hard! Drawbacks are that it’s rubber and makes a lot of noise and gets caught in hair and it’s difficult to store without taking time to fold

My daughter started using it yesterday, and is very happy with it. The band seems to work well, and is very sturdy. The instructions for the most part, are very clear as to the proper, use if it.

I expected more. I guess the description doesn't give you much to go by. There were NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use it. I had to Google for instructions.

It’s a bit pricey for one band but it does work well. My 9 year old and I both use it so it does work on kids and adults. It came fast in shipping too

The product did not come as advertised. All I received was the band in a bag. No guide, as it says. I will be returning it promptly. Very disappointed.

It sems a good product but too large for my girl of 57 inch.

Disappointed as I was expecting a guide with exercises. They advertised ebook and online exercises However it does not have instructions on how to find these online tools.

O produto é ótimo, porém entregaram somente a faixa, o ebook não entregaram, veio uma caixa pequena, somente com a faixa. Mandei vários emails e somente depois de muito tempo me responderam dizendo que o ebook eles não tinham. Ou seja, comprei uma coisa e recebi outra!!
