My doctor recommended that I start taking a zinc supplement. I found these and they were the dosage my doctor recommended, so I ordered them.When the bottle arrived, I decided to take one since I had not started any zinc supplements yet. The tablets are small (see image) and are easy to swallow without getting stuck on the way down. These seem like they are a quality supplement, and provide a really good amount of zinc.I have been taking these for a while with no ill effects and I actually have started sleeping better at night, even though that was not a reason why I started taking them.Given the quality and the fact that you get a 4 month supply, I think these are excellent value for their price point.

There is no odor and no noticeable flavor when taken with water. There's not much to say that others haven't already said. Decent product at a decent price. Zinc is an essential part of my night time supplement regimen.I take anywhere from 40-50mg in various forms. This comes with 120 tablets and isn't the most economical of offerings but you aren't wasting a whole lot if it ends up not being your thing.There seems to be some slight wordplay regarding the origin of the ingredients with "bottled in the USA" (with american flag logo) and "Manufactured for Built By Nature" with Built By Nature's US address listed. Neither of these mean it was made or manufactured or even sourced in USA so we can safely assume they are not.The issue with me is, if these pass testing I'm not worried about where the ingredients were sourced from. Testing + transparency is enough to put a product on my radar.However, this IS a brand I've grown to trust through other very high quality products and I do trust this zinc AND will happily continue to use it until it's gone, and I would recommend it to others.Until published test results becomes the norm, industry-wide, I think my hands are tied on the topic.

After reviewing a few products, I decided to try this immune boost supplement. After a month, I have noticed a reduction in fatigue and an increase in overall energy levels. I think that I’m sleeping better and feel less stressed. I do not seem to get sick as much.The supplement is very easy to swallow, and the taste of the capsules is mild. They don’t have an aftertaste like some capsules I have tried. I like the fact that it contains pomegranate extract. I have found that it works for me.I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to use it.

Zinc is a supplement on rotate on and off of through out the week and its a supplement that I have found to be absolutely vital as I age. The only problem I have had in the past with some brands of zinc is that they were harsh on my stomach. That hasn't been the case with these, no stomach upset whatsoever. Also for me at least this supplement wasn't hard to swallow. I find some supplements can be horse pills but these were just fine. They really are fantastic and high quality, I didn't even get any kind of weird aftertaste! All and all these are awesome, I highly recommend them!

A bottle of this zinc supplement contains 120 tablets, at 1 tablet a day, this will last 4 months. I always appreciate it when supplements come in bottles that will last more than just 1 or 2 months. The 40mg per tablet serving size is uncommon – many zinc supplements come in a 50mg serving size, which for me seems a little too much since we do get zinc from food sources and it’s possible to overdose on zinc. The 40mg serving size works better for me. I would recommend this product.

For women, the recommended amount is less, thus would increase the %RDA value even higher. Please note that 40 mg is precisely at the upper intake level; excessive intake of zinc prevents the body from absorbing copper, another important nutrient.Due to this being at the threshold of upper intake level, I feel the product is better suited for people with medically-diagnosed zinc deficiency, and is not for normal healthy adults. Three stars.

This Zinc supplement comes in a sturdy, minimal bottle with a screw cap, not a child safety one. The pills aren't big and they're round and easy to swallow. The ingredients list on the bottle is identical to the one on the listing, there's a stamp that says "Bottled in the USA" (not specified where the pills were made before being bottled) and another that says "Bottled in a GMP certified facility". The expiration date on the one I got is 3 years from me receiving it. I think $12 is a reasonable price for 120 pills.
