LIPAVI C15L-AN Lid for the LIPAVI C15 Sous Vide Container. Precision cut-out for the ANOVA NANO immersion circulator

I got the size/model 15 container and lid. I love it, in my opinion if you sous vide food you will love this. I’m currently doing a 2.5lb bottom round for 50hr @137f. I don’t think it will have to add water. The lid fit is great. I have a Anova nano. It’s solid the lid and container. I filled and started this then my wife wanted it off the kitchen counter. I carried the container full of watet with the sous vide, roast, and lid on it down to my basement. No problems, and it felt sturdy. I’m happy with it. No more stock pot with foil! Not sure on durability I got it today. I’m a chemical guy and I know polycarbonate that’s why I bought it. Good hard plastic, just don’t drop It will crack like glass.

This lid will fit perfectly on the matching sous vide container, and it will exactly fit the circulator that it's paired with.There is one flaw, though, that knocks this down a star. The handle on the top is completely smooth, and, particularly with moist fingers, it is extremely slippery. It really needed some texture to allow for an easy grip.If you buy this lid, I also strongly recommend picking up a roll of anti-slip tape, and cut two pieces for the sides of the handle. With that minor modification, this cover works excellently - although for the price of this cover, I would expect it to not have needed to be modified.

Fit the container and the cutout hole was perfect for the sous vide.

Met all expectations.

This lid is a $3 piece of plastic- and yet it costs more than the huge tank that is covers.I will be returning it. BUYER BEWARE!!
