Seville Classics AIRLIFT S2 Electric Height-Adjustable Standing Desk with Black Ergo Table Top with Beveled Bottom Edges, 54" x 30", White  Great Product so far, lost a star because they didn't bore holes into the tabletop for the height controller, which the manual specifies it should have? As well as the M6x6 bolts were somewhat rusty and were installed so tightly that it ripped off some of the paint on the support beam while it was shipping (very small and not noticible unless you're under the desk)

I ordered 5 different versions of sit/stand desk before selecting the S2 for our new office. The collection of sample desks included manual, single motor and dual motor options. This was the winner for ease of assembly and overall value. The only issue I had with our first order was damage to several tops during shipment. The company replaced them without a fuss and let me know they were making changes to the box and reinforcing the corners to avoid damage on future orders. The replacement tops and our most recent order came with the reinforced corners and no damage. I can't guarantee your top won't get abused by the shipper but I found the company to be very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The only downside I can mention would be my desire for a little better cable management. After the first few desk, I started routing the cables between the table top and the motor controller. This worked well and left me with just the power cord hanging down. I would love to have the power cord come down inside one of the legs but that's just me being anal.

Great desk! My complaints are minor. Hopefully this will better inform someone purchase.1) I was not aware I would have to drill eight holes for the screws. So have a drill and drill bit ready. I would prefer if the manufacture to have the holes already pre set.2) The wood color is different from the picture.3) The desk was damaged from shipping. So double check your package.

I had initially given this desk a single star review, but I need to amend that. Seville Classics sent, free, not one but two replacement desks when the one that arrived from Amazon didn't work. They followed up several times and took it seriously to resolve this customer service issue.When the third desk (the second replacement) arrived, I assembled it and it worked beautifully. Several days later, as I was wondering aloud what had gone wrong with the first two, the individual who had assembled the first desk and the second desk (first replacement) mentioned that he hadn't used most of the included parts, figuring he could shortcut the assembly by skipping steps he deemed unnecessary.So I apologize to Seville Classics for thinking they had made a bad product. When I put the desk together, it was a fast, easy assembly and it worked just fine.

Desk is great but yes, shipping department was not that great.Ours was sent to a different house half miles away ... Luckily we got a phone call from this neighbor. Was a hassle to take it back with the weight of the desk.The color is different from the picture. A bit disappointed but it is ok

I wanted to revise my review. Their customer service really came through. They stepped up and eventually sent me a replacement base after all trouble shooting was exhausted. Desk works great now and the they really did stand by their productsI have an email into customer support so hopefully they can help resolve it.Everything got put together fairly easily. Unfortunately the desk will not raise, and the lowest setting is to low to even use as a sitting desk for me.Hope customer service comes through for me, and I can update this review

Having had a transition desk at work for years finally biting the bullet for a home version. This product was incredibly easy to assemble and took about a half hour. The manual recommends two people for assembly (mostly for flipping the desk up right) but I was able to do it alone without a hitch. The product itself is sturdy, well built, and the motor functionality is clean and not as loud as I expected.The only con for this item was the desk top came with a small scratch I covered with a mouse pad

I knew I was taking a chance when I ordered this desk because some pictures showed a straight front and others (360 view) showed a curved front. I was really hoping it would be curved but it is straight. Still a great desk. Goes WAAAAAY up. Seems well made. Takes two people to move the boxes around and stand the desk up once assembled.
