Great for the price!
Great for the price! A little inaccurate, especially the first of the six pitches you can load at one time, but it gets the job done for the 10 yr old when he wants to practice on his own.

Battery Eater
My five year old grandson enjoyed this item at first. The balls are not consistent. Sometimes come behind, too high, and too low. I guess it's like real pitching but it frustrates him. The main issue I have is it is a true battery eater like other customers said. I just didn't realize how much. Have to change the batteries every time and sometimes even. while he is still playing. Wish I wouldn't have purchased.

Poor construction, poor performance.
Not worth it. The one they sent me may have been a used one. Looked used but cleaned up. The product itself was poorly constructed. None of the pieces fit together very well. The accuracy was all over the place. The distance and launch angle were different for every single ball. Not just the first one. I didn’t expect it to throw a perfect pitch every time for the price, but there was no consistency at all. The feeder had to have 2-3 ball in it to push one out. So when the 6th ball left the hopper there was nothing behind to push the last 2-3 through the feeder. So you only got a couple shots before the motor turned off. We are returning.

Pleasantly surprised
Put this together last night for my grandson and was pleasantly surprised. It took me a minute to put the rails on as the directions are a little lacking. The pieces are supposed to be lettered but I couldn't find the letters on them but got it together as its fairly obvious how it goes. Get an 8 pack of D batteries when you order this item because if you don't have them on hand, like me, you'll have to wait to test it out. Finally got the batteries(I mean who keeps D batteries on hand any more?????) and tested it out. Worked perfectly! The machine pitched the balls a good 20 feet! I cant wait for my grandson o see it, hes gonna be thrilled. And it'll save my arm since I wont have to pitch to him for an hour!
