Good product

So I normally take a turmeric or ginger supplement for the various benefits but primarily to help with inflammation and lower my migraine frequencies. I thought trying a version with black pepper would be even better due to black pepper allegedly helping with absorption. Well, I’m not sure if it’s this brand or just in general but I discovered after some research that the combination of black pepper and turmeric can be a migraine trigger within itself. I believe I was having MORE migraines after taking this. I stopped and switched to my old brand and haven’t had as many migraines. This product could work for others but I stopped taking it and felt better.
