This wax warmer is very good quality and easy to use. It warms and melt wax very quickly. It comes with few wax pack and wooden applicator. I would recommend this product.

My issue is with the wax warmer, it doesn't seem to hold a temperature and shuts off every 2 mins which makes it impossible to even do anything. the instructions given in the box are terribly written and not clear at all. the paper keeps on mentions to test water temperature but no clue as to way there is water involved. The machine took literally almost 2 hours to somewhat turn the wax into a gunky smush. I was then able to dip the stick and rim the thin layer on the bottom that somewhat was melted to test a small area and the wax did remove hair. I definitely would like a new warmer, not sure if mine is defective or just the brand is no good.

I was very excited to receive this product only to find only to figure out it did not work. First off I tried melting the was that was provided and nothing happened it was just not melting it, so I tried multiple power outlets. I finally bought other was beads else where and this finally melted after about 35 min on the warmer on the highest setting. After this we tried using the wax beads that comes with it once more the black color beads were are last hope they did melt on highest setting after a long time, but only to find out that they did not work as I applied on small part of the arm to check and when I pulled it off it was not removing hair at all.

I decided to write a review because I saw a lot of misleading reviews. First off, this wax warmer is great for the price. It melts the wax I'm just a few minutes when on the highest temperature. After completely melted, I move it to about half that temperature to get a thicker consistency. The reason it turns off is just like a house air conditioner. Once it reaches the desired temp it will shut off for a few minutes and then turn itself back on. The wax stays at the same consistently though. As the the wax, I was able to get it after a few tries. I applied against the direction of hair growth with some pressure. I then pull towards the direction my hair was going. This yielded the best results. Overall I think this is a great buy.

Yasss it works! Especially for upper lip waxing. You kinda have to reapply the wax multiple times in the same area though, with the beads that were included. You could probably order different wax beads that might be more efficient if you wanted. But it heats up and melts the beads in 15 minutes. i used it on my grandmother’s face haha

The item works great. There are multiple heat options, but at times can feel like you have to keep adjusting the heat. I've used this at least 3 times. Harder to use on larger areas (legs, etc) with the sticks that come with it. Cleaning is the hardest part. Try to dump out all the liquid (carefully, it's hot) and then take a paper towel to wipe it off as best as you can. Then take some oil (any kind) and use with a paper towel to take off any remaining wax. It's just hard as the machine is still hot. Down side- the oil tends to take off the words on the outside of the machine (as the wax kind of gets everywhere). Overall, good purchase. The wax beads are good as well. No reactions to anything.

Product received as described. Size of the wax container is just rught, perfectly enough to for one hair removal session. It takes time to melt the wax beans, but having the lid on the warmer does speed up the process. Instructions manual is very easy to read and provides many safety tips. The wax beans smell really nice too.

I received this warmer and it was not damaged but for some reason the beads are not melting... I’ve had it set to the highest setting for 2 hours and nothing is happening... also the directions aren’t very clear. I looked at others reviews because I was confused about it talking about water being involved and thought maybe I was heating it up wrong? Other reviews helped and said the same thing and that the machine was just broken, it’s frustrating but I guess I need to contact mosche for a replacement!
