The little "antenna" on this tool are really useful to relieve knots on your own trapezius muscle. I use an overhand grip to drive the little antennae into my trap and it works well. I don't have large hands, but the right angled nature of the handle makes that grip a little uncomfortable over time. Had the handle portion flared out a little more on this tool in addition to being slightly more circular instead of squared, it'd be more comfortable for my needs.But for those who apply pressure downward, utilizing the little legs of the tool, this tool works great.

This is my new favorite massage tool. I am embarrassed to admit that my guest room could be turned into a day spa, as I have so many beautification and relaxation tools.
