I don't know how we ever functioned without these foil pop-ups in our kitchen! I used to purchase Reynold's Wrap Pop-Ups, but they became nearly impossible to find anywhere AND if I did happen to locate them, the cost was very prohibitive [even at the local dollar store, "$1 per box" sounds good, right? but there's only 25 sheets/box....by comparison, that would be $20 for 500]. For many years, we just went without, using regular tin foil from a roll for all our needs. Then I decided to see what I could find online. There's hundreds of options available, but I decided on these because I could not discern any notable differences between this particular brand and many of it's competitors. I figured a box of 500 would last quite a while, and I was right --- my first purchase, one box of 500 foil sheets, has lasted us exactly one year. I bought them on Feb. 17th, 2018, and now I am here to order them again.As for the quality & usage of the product, I have no complaints. My husband and I work opposite shifts and we do not have our meals at the same time, leading to a lot of individual meal preparation, a lot of reheating of leftovers, a lot of wrapping up leftovers, etc. I should also point out that we don't really use the microwave -- we have one, but it's only used sparingly, for heating up a cup of water or softening butter for baking -- we never, ever COOK anything in the microwave. Obviously, this means that everything goes in the oven instead. Because of these things, I made a simple request years ago: "Please cover your pans with aluminum foil prior to cooking on or in it, saving all parties a TON of time not having to scrub burnt-on food off of our sheet pans, casserole dishes and whatever else we cook in." Instantly, we both were much happier, having the tin foil protection on our cooking devices. Hence why I needed foil sheets that were readily available, easy to use and get to (the "pop up" function is a must -- being able to grab a single sheet with one hand is essential), and very economical. All problems are solved with this product. (**And if you dye your hair at home, like I do, using highlighting techniques, these foil sheets double as hair foils!!! How excellent!!!)PLEASE pay attention to the SIZE of the sheets. Going through all the options available, you'll see there are several choices in the size of the sheet. We happen to use the "half of a normal cookie sheet" size, which is approximately the 9" x 10.75". If I need to cover a whole cookie sheet, I just use two foils. But 99% of the time, we use these mini pans that are about 9" x 6" and easily covered by this size sheet. But there are foils that are geared more towards the hair industry and their standard size is 5" x 9", and they sell a lot of those here on amazon, so please be sure you know what size you're buying. There's also a 10" x 12" size, which I sometimes which mine were, but the cost difference for a couple inches does not make it worth my while. No, this is the perfect size, the perfect amount (again, there are boxes with 200 sheets or 1000 sheets or even only 25 sheets, so buyer beware! Know which product you need and which one you buy!!!), the perfect solution for a plethora of needs. I love these, my husband loves these, heck, even the cat likes these because I will occasionally roll one foil sheet into a ball and toss it on the fun, slippery (if you have furry feet), bouncy (if you're a foil ball) kitchen floor, and VOILA! -- instant cat toy!!!The photos are of one foil sheet, just opened up and laying on the counter (they're obviously folded in half in the box, in order to make them "pop up" and make them come right out of the box). The other photo shows the foil sheet atop my toaster over and you can see that it is a near-perfect fit for the inside of the toaster oven -- any larger and it would hit the interior walls, changing the heat flow; any smaller and they wouldn't protect the oven rack properly at all.Happy Amazon'ing!
