Her hair did come matted and I had to straighten it to get all the matte out, her accessories are so cute, her paint quality is AMAZING she’s so fun once her hair is unmatted it’s so fun to swish around

I bought this for my daughter, the dolls hair did not come all sticky or full of glue like most dolls nowadays do. The dolls articulation is perfect, not too stiff but also not loose at all. She also comes with a stand that is great for display.

She has all the original qualities of the first wave gen 1 Lagoona Blue and I adore it. Even the Journal. She even has the original pretty face sculpt and original blue skin. Neptuna in her bag. I love it

Adorable but the hair came so matted like I can’t. 😭 but I was able to tame it and the results are very gorgeous and I loved that they rewrote her whole diary compared to the old one and the accessories are on point

Was s excited for the launch of lagoona blue. She is so cute. All her accessories are so cute. Her hair is soft and the quality over all is great. She's a great gift idea for any monster high lover. She's definitely worth ever penny for my collection.

Todo bien

The screen printing is fine for the most part, but the lipstick on her is smeared slightly. It is chipped on her top lip, and some of the paint is smeared on her left cheek and the tip of her nose. There are also some random shiny marks on her face, and it looks as if it is a glaze of some sort. Her left forearm also has a visible mold line running down it. I don't particularly care that much, but I wanted to note this in case anyone does! Her hair is a bit messy in the back, but that is understandable considering the nature of it. Clothes were in tact and didn't have any rips unlike some of the others I've heard from this release. 4/5 stars!
