I got this one becauseI've been having back issues and thought that the 5 movable arms would allow for better coverage of my entire back and shoulders. First impression right out of the box was nice! Really sturdy and durable feeling quality. The pole/stand is adjustable in several places to allow You to collapse it down to a table tripod or tall Enough for even a taller bed or massage table. (Note that the legs for the stand come inverted and when you push that adjustment down it will look like it's on backwards but it's not! Keep pushing and they will invert completely to point the right way! It will make sense when you're doing it! The center of the town of the stand screw into the center of the round piece the lights attach too.) it comes with a blackout soft mask and a pair of sunglasses to protect your eyes depending on if you need to see or not. Make sure you remove all metal jewelry even your rings as isSuggested in the very short but information packed instruction manual. There are several light color options that do different things. I'll be going down the rabbit hole later to find out which does what but I focused on the red light therapy because of my sore back after a long day. I set it up by my bed and After a brief 2 minute warm up period I jumped in. During the treatment it felt slightly warm but not overly hot and was very soothing. I could feel my muscles relaxing as time went on and when the timer went off I was able to get up and move around a lot easier. It really worked! My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner. I love the remote being included as well so I don't have to get up to make any adjustments. Thank you to whatever genius designed this little gem of a device and I'm looking forward to my next session already!!

Excellent, vibrant, customizable lights with every useful setting I can think of. The remote, the timed shutdown feature, and the adjustable brightness make it extremely convenient to use progressively dimming red light before sleep (which is very beneficial for sleep quality). The different light colors make it great to use during the day as well. The build quality seems solid so far, and the setup was a breeze (no tools required). Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

This light therapy device works in helping pain and inflammation for my husband who has migrating pain. So I highly recommend this device. The problem I'm having is that this is the second one I've had to order because the timer on the remote does not work properly. It shut off at 10 min. using the remote. But won't shut off at 20 min. or 30 min. Is there a fix for this problem???? Sad I can't give it a 5 star review. I had my daughter get one too and her remote timer works fine. She also has seen this device getting rid of her pain. Please help me solve this issue. I hate to send another one back. I sent this question to the seller but no response.

Item received in very sturdy packaging. It is easy to set up and use. The size is easy to move around for use. It has a look of quality. I haven't had it long enough yet to know if it really does what they say red dot therapy is supposed to do. It seems like a good value for the money.

Ordered for someone who has CKD. Not a replacement for dialysis but heard from a friend it does wonders for pain management. Nice size lamp to cover good portion of your body. Looks relatively easy to put together and comes with a remote and glasses to protect from the light. Will update after she uses it.
