Q: How close does the size run to accurate?

It’s “Asian” or “Chinese” sizing compared to American sizing. I’m a L/XL in unisex tees and a 1X in Torrid and Belk brands (size 16/18). I ordered a 3XL and it fits just right. Not too baggy or tight. It is made of thicker material, so you don’t have to wear any undershirts.

Q: If I ask for cotton will I get cotton???

I don’t know. Different colors have different fabrics. The black is not cotton.

Q: is the neck line very high

It sets a little below the base of the neck. I don't consider it high and I actually prefer vneck.
