Good product
The straightener works perfectly. Only issue was the plug. We do not use this type of plug in Mauritius. And the plug is not earthed.

One pass is accurate
By far the best flat iron I've ever used. Even with curly hair it only takes 1 or 2 passes to be perfectly straight and shiny.
