I am a fan of taking mullein leaf extract, especially in this form. This comes in a reasonably sized 60ml bottle that should last around a month. It is pretty easy to use with the built in dropper. I prefer to take it under my tongue rather than adding it to water but that might not suit everyone’s taste. If you stick to two droppers a day it will last you a good 30 servings. Pretty good value for money for a bottle that will last for a while.
