the elastic on this eye patch was too tight for me and the patch itself too small so it actually pressed against my eyeball and was therefore not suitable for me.

Unfortunately not, quality good, but it's a shame you can't alter the strap part, to tight, good job I've tried before having surgery

Did what I wanted. Hopefully won't have to bye again.

This patch works well, is not too big, which is an issue with other makes, and is comfy to wear. The elastic is quite wide so does not cut into your skin as much as the round elastic used on other pads.
